What is the process?

While all hiring processes can be similar, no two are alike. We will work hand-in-hand with you to determine the process that best works for your business. For a more detailed description of the Hire10 process, please refer to the ‘5 Step Process’ listed on our website.

How long does the hiring process take?

This is really up to our clients needs and what they require. As we mentioned before, no process is exactly the same, but we can move as fast or slow as our clients needs require. However, typically the faster we can get through a thorough hiring process the more competitive you can be in the market.

What are the fees?

Our fees are fairly standard within the industry. Pricing is something we like to discuss one-on-one with our clients as we can customize our pricing based on the needs at hand. To give you a general idea, we have two pricing options:   ‘One Fee at a Time’ We can do a one time, flat rate fee based on the salary of the candidate. This fee is contingent upon whether the candidate is actually placed in the position. You don’t pay unless we find the perfect candidate. If they leave within six months, the replacement is at no charge.   ‘Prepay and Save’ If you have multiple positions to fill, a prepay solution may be the best option for you. With this option, clients typically get a 75% savings on their historical staffing spend.   More often than not clients start with the first option and as they grow they shift to a retainer based model.

What guarantees does Hire10 provide?

We guarantee an employee will remain in their role for a minimum of 6 months which is double the 90 day industry standard. As a boutique hiring firm, no hiring process made by our team is transactional. In fact, we pride ourselves on being collaborative so we find ways to keep the employees happy should there be concern. We will do our best to work with you even years later to get that person’s job filled as quickly as possible if they choose to leave.

Are you going to steal my employees?

We view our work together as a collaborative partnership where we help you build business, not take away from it. Once your company decides to work with Hire10 as its hiring agency, we become an extension of your team. Therefore, under no circumstance do we take employees away from your company. In fact, we sign a lifetime guarantee. The second you hire the first candidate from Hire10 we agree to never, ever, ever, ever recruit a candidate from your company. No other company in our industry will promise this level of loyalty and collaboration. We believe in partnerships, not transactions.

Do I sign an agreement?

Yes. Hire10 will customize a services agreement based on a mutually agreed upon hiring strategy. During our initial call, we will determine the fee structure and guarantee period. If you choose to go with the one fee at a time model you are not obligated to spend money with us upon signing. One fee at a time agreements are put in place exclusively for when and only when we find the right candidate to fill your position. Retainer agreements are more specific and define allotted placements per month, monthly service fee as well as our service level agreement including success rates and response times. Retainers ensure that you always have a recruiting team ready and waiting.

How big is Hire10?

Hire10 is a boutique agency with less than 50 employees and we will always keep it that way! Our intention is to focus on small and mid-size businesses so that way may develop in-depth connections with those businesses.

Why should I choose Hire10 over big staffing company?
